По предварительным оценкам 4/20 (или четыре-двадцать) соберет, 250 000 000 членов каннабис-культуры по всей планете на День Международного праздника.
Время 4:20 уже давно ассоциируется с курением марихуаны - как «затяжка» и кодовое слово для акта toking itself (затянись).
В середине девяностых активисты в Ванкувере (под руководством Принца каннабиса Марка Эмери), в знак протеста собрались небольшой группой в парке через дорогу от штаб-квартиры Cannabis Culture. Они иосновали традицию, которая превратилась во Всемирный День Празднования Каннабиса.
Собравшиеся на Ганджа-тусовку выразят протест несправедливому запрету конопли, и с гордостью закурят во всех городах Канады, Соединенных Штатов и по всему миру.
